A non-refundable down payment of 50% is required when booking services, with the balance due before your first visit, or you may pay in full. If full payment has not been received by your first clinic appointment time, you will be dropped from the books and no refund will be given. Genesis is sincere about the care we give and expect you to be sincere and mature about it as well.
